The Alhambra Teachers Association (ATA) exists to protect and promote the well-being of its members; to improve the conditions of teaching and learning; to advance the cause of free, universal, and quality public education; to ensure that the human dignity and civil rights of all children and youth are protected; and to secure a more just equitable and democratic society.
PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year on behalf of the Alhambra Teachers Association! As we embark on this new journey of learning and growth, I am filled with hope and excitement for all the experiences that await us. I hope you are feeling just as enthusiastic and are eager to see what this year has in store.
I want to take a moment to thank you for your unwavering commitment to your students, school community, and local union. Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed and are truly appreciated. Your efforts play a significant role in the lives of those around you, and we are grateful for all that you do.
As we navigate this new year together, please remember to prioritize your own well-being and that of your students. Your union is here to support you, so if you ever need someone to listen or lend a helping hand, please do not hesitate to reach out to your site representative or contact ATA.
